About Endosurvivors

We are a non-profit organization

EndoSurvivors International Foundation (ESIF) was established in 2018. ESIF is committed to raising awareness about endometriosis, reducing diagnostic delays, advocating for better care; whilst providing educational, psychosocial and financial support to women living with the disease through our Endometriosis Support Group. ESIF also strives to promote menstrual hygiene and end period poverty through the free distribution of sanitary pads to schoolgirls. Till date, we have distributed over 8,000 packs of sanitary pads to beneficiaries.

Our mission is to create, raise and sustain awareness about endometriosis through education, research and advocacy, while pursuing improved quality of care for endometriosis patients.  Through our activities we aim to increase public awareness, influence policy as well as promote the exchange of best practice and evidence-based information regarding endometriosis and adenomyosis in Nigeria.

Our vision is to improve the lives of girls/women living with endometriosis; and change the narrative about endometriosis in Africa.
